*These are so comfortable and very lightweight thin sweatshirts. Some customers consider them to be thick long-sleeved shirts. They have a raw edge finish for the hemlines on the neck, sleeves, and bottom. The raw edge gives it a more sporty and casual look. These have ¾ length sleeves but are more on the long side. Perfect for the gym, wear with a pair of jeans, or just to cuddle up in at night. Great quality thin fabric sweatshirt. Guarantee you will want to order more!

Purchasing on Etsy is like purchasing on any other retail website: You place your order and pay, and then receive your order in the mail. Etsy processes the payments and sends my shop the orders. Tax will only be applied to CA residents. If you need to cancel your order (before it has shipped only), please notify me immediately so I can issue you a refund.
Orders are made on a first come first sever basis. While some orders are shipped out within 1 to 5 business days, other larger orders may take 2 to 3 weeks to ship out. It all depends on the time of year and the workload I have. I work 10 to 15 hours a day on getting orders out and answering customer emails. Please know that your order is my top priority :)
Please remember I need some time to make the items. I am the only one in my shop, so during peak seasons I can get a little behind (i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day). While most customers get their items within two weeks of ordering, I always suggest ordering as early as possible; even months ahead of time. I do orders on a first come first serve basis, so when you contact me to make your order and send it out the same day, remember that you are cutting the production line of about 60-70 pending orders.
I never guarantee an exact delivery date. I can only promise you the day I am going to ship the item out. Since the USPS delivery is out of my control once I drop it off at the post office, I do not like to make promises that are really out of my hands. That being said, I have only had 1 out of 1000 packages get returned to me, due to the customer providing the wrong address. Again, this is why I suggest ordering early because stuff just happens!
All pieces are made to order, which are therefore final sale. There are always special circumstances that occur, but for the most part, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the item's entire listing description before purchasing. I try to describe the items in great detail and answer all questions there. All items are made to order so when you return an item, it is thrown away and is a loss for my business and my family. If any item is delivered to you damaged, I will 100% return or exchange it for you. From the thousands of orders I have sold, I've really only had less than 10 actual issues where I needed to do an exchange. You can see from my feedback that 100% of my customers are satisfied with their orders :)
** I highly suggest including your phone number in your order's notes section when checking out. Many of my emails and etsy convos have been going to my customer's spam, which can cause days and weeks of a delay.
Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: On average it takes a week and a half to two weeks to get your items after placing your order. However I HIGHLY suggest ordering as soon as possible (even months in advance). My suppliers will randomly run out of sizes and colors, so it is best to order early so you can get your first choices in what you want to order. Also, there have been USPS delays this last year and orders have been taking longer to mail than usual. For international orders, packages can take 2-5 weeks to deliver.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE SHOP TO RESPOND TO MY CONVO?
A: I am committed to responding to 100% of my etsy convos and emails. I have responded to over 9,000 etsy convos in just this shop of mine (I have 3 running shops on etsy). Q: THERE IS NO WHERE TO SELECT MY SIZE I WANT. WHAT DO I DO?
A: In the notes section when checking out, there is a place where you can type "Notes to Seller". Here you can type in the order details. Please include the date needed by and your phone number in case I have any questions about your order.
Q: I WANT THE DESIGN TO BE ON THE BACK OF THE SHIRT, NOT ON THE FRONT LIKE IN THE PICTURE. CAN YOU DO THAT?
A: All items are made to order. I do not make the apparel, I just affix the designs. If you would like the placement of the design to be somewhere else on the clothing that is not shown in the picture, that is no problem! Just let me know where you would like it and I will make it happen. You can let me know these details in the notes section when checking out- be very specific.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
A: Descriptions of the sizing is in each listing. I try to be as accurate as possible since these are final sale. Almost all pieces are true to size. Out of the thousands of pieces I have sold, I've had less than 10 actual issues with sizing. Please feel free to send me a picture of the recipient and I will give you my best opinion as to which size will work best.
Q: WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED WHEN THE "SCHEDULED SHIP DATE" HAS ALREADY PASSED?
A: I ship most orders out before the expected ship date. However this is just a general estimate as to when your order will be mailed out. If you need your items immediately, please choose priority or expedited shipping at checkout. I am the only creator in my shop, so I can get pretty busy during the holidays and wedding season (April-August). I suggest ordering during the off season for faster shipping and lower prices!
Q: CAN YOU PERSONALIZE EACH ITEM WITH NAMES AND DATES?
A: Yes, I do personalized pieces. There is an additional charge between $6-$12 extra per piece to customize.
Q: CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
A: I try to price all items at a competitive price. I offer some of the lowest prices online for these high quality products. This is my full time job so I do work hard on my pricing model to offer fair prices :)
*I really work hard to satisfy and please all of my customers. I have gone as far as driving 2 hours to get an order to a customer because USPS randomly lost her package and she needed her shirts by the weekend. I really try to live by the golden rule in not only my personal life but my professional life as well. Almost on a daily basis I'm sure you've dealt with a business that has just terrible customer service- I know I do at least.
